Caiskey

The Caiskey are a type of witch that developed the use of water magic. As such they are a water nation and reside on the island of Meplainia. Like most species of witches, they tend to be aggressive and power hungry people. They guard their secrets well and outsiders are not welcome on the island without an invitation. They are known to sink ships of those that come to close without prior authorization to their shores.

They can use and manipulate water. Able to create tidal waves, bend water to their will, and even create it though it is easier to use water that already exists since creating it is a more limited source. They resemble humans and witches and for the most part, come in a variety of hair colors and skin tones. They can walk upon the water and when they move across it they can be really fast.
