Kerlea are a fire race that resides in the kingdom of Jascistan. Kerlea are a subspecies of witches that specialize in the use of lightning magic. They tend to be solitary though small tribes of like-minded Kerlea do exist. And these tribes are scattered throughout their homeland. Some say they can be difficult and hot-tempered and often keep their secrets to themselves.
The can summon and control lightning. They can create lightning storms and shoot it from their hands. Some say that their touch can give a bit of a shock to non-Kerlea. Not enough to hurt but it can make it feels like waves of electricity is running through the other person.
