Nurlese

The nurlese are a blue-skinned water people that live in the Atharaine Sea and the nearby island of Eska. In the water they have blue tinted skin out they use glamor to create more normal skin tones. They are known to be mischevious and lure humans and offer to help them swim only to turn into mist and leave them to drown.

They can turn into water and surround people if they wish to. They don't always get that not all races can survive without help underwater.
